About the material
Consolidating the best experience in the field, high-quality road expansion joints F 50, F 100 and F 200 for roads and bridges and joint hidden type GS 2040 are designed and manufactured.
The joints are suitable for the different levels of expansion of the structures in which they are used.
They are extremely flexible, made of special reinforced rubber and a metal frame completely wrapped in rubber for protection. The type of rubber used is resistant not only to abrasions, but also to damage caused by tires and chains, it cannot be punctured by oil, petrol, salt, cold, ozone or direct sunlight.

The metal frame is made of high-grade cold-rolled steel that complies with UNI 7070 and rubber-metal bonding characteristics above 10 N/mm.
The structure is closed at the top by fixing with a one-way screw system and filled with epoxy resin.
Installation is an extremely easy and safe process. Typically executable by the site's operating installation group.
